Tune the sidebar
Collapse any section by clicking its heading (useful for areas you rarely use). Collapsing applies to the full-width sidebar only; the icon-only rail always shows every icon. On a narrow window the sidebar shrinks to an icon-only rail and the expand control is hidden; hover an icon to see its name. Widen the window past roughly 1024px to get the labels and the toggle back. On a phone the sidebar tucks away: tap the ☰ menu button in the top-left to slide it open, and tap it again (now an ✕) to close. The logo takes you back to the Dashboard from anywhere. Jump without the mouse: press gthen a section letter (the hints appear beside the items). Press?anytime for the full list. See Keyboard shortcuts.A few section names, and which optional sections are listed at all, depend on what kind of organization your workspace is (a constituency office knocks doors; a church visits). Your workspace type is shown at the top of the avatar menu, and administrators can change it there. See Settings and configuration.
Theme and focus
Toggle light or dark theme with the sun/moon button in the top bar, or pick Light/Dark/System in Settings (avatar menu → Settings). Administrators set the starting theme for everyone under Workspace → Organization; once you pick your own, it stays yours. The arrows button in the top bar switches full-screen mode on and off when you want the grid to use every pixel.
